B'nai B'rith Parkview Apartments is operated by Gideon Lodge No. 140, B'nai B'rith Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. We are a not-for-profit corporation established under the regulations of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Affairs.

Our building is part of B'nai B'rith Senior Housing, an affliate of B'nai B'rith International. We are dedicated to providing quality non-sectarian housing for low-income senior citizens without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, or national origin.

The Officers and Board of Directors are all volunteers and members of the Capital District community. They provide guidance, direction and advice to the staff and residents and ensure that quality services are provided. Our professional employees are qualified and experienced who help maintain a comfortable and enjoyable home for our residents.
